Pretzel Spider Recipe
Our new favourite Halloween treat has entered the chat! Super easy to make and SO delicious!
Prep Time: 10 mins
Cook Time: 30 mins
Serves: 12 balls
Ingredients:
- ⅔ cup of peanut butter
- ¼ cup of pumpkin puree
- ¼ cup of maple syrup
- ½ tsp of cinnamon
- ½ cup of coconut flour
- ½ cup of milk chocolate chips
- 16 small hard pretzels
- 32 pine nuts
Method:
- Whisk together the nut butter, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
- Add the coconut flour and mix together until fully combined and a dough has formed.
- Add in the chocolate chips and fold through the mixture.
- Roll the dough into roughly 16 balls and place on a lined baking tray.
- Cut the pretzels in half and attach as the “legs”.
- Insert pine nuts (‘eyes’) into the balls.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 mins before serving, and keep stored in the fridge.
