Pretzel Spider Recipe

Our new favourite Halloween treat has entered the chat! Super easy to make and SO delicious! 

Prep Time: 10 mins 

Cook Time: 30 mins

Serves: 12 balls  

Ingredients:

  • ⅔ cup of peanut butter
  • ¼ cup of pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup of maple syrup
  • ½ tsp of cinnamon
  • ½ cup of coconut flour
  • ½ cup of milk chocolate chips 
  • 16 small hard pretzels 
  • 32 pine nuts 

Method:

  1. Whisk together the nut butter, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and cinnamon in a large bowl. 
  2. Add the coconut flour and mix together until fully combined and a dough has formed.
  3. Add in the chocolate chips and fold through the mixture.
  4. Roll the dough into roughly 16 balls and place on a lined baking tray.
  5. Cut the pretzels in half and attach as the “legs”.
  6. Insert pine nuts (‘eyes’) into the balls. 
  7. Refrigerate for at least 30 mins before serving, and keep stored in the fridge.
