Halloween Rocky Road Recipe
Our spooky take on a crowd-pleasing classic! Perfect for your Halloween party or a scary movie night on the couch. Enjoy gf!
Ingredients:
- 200 grams milk chocolate
- 100 grams dark chocolate
- 65 grams Rice Bubbles
- 1 cup chopped or mini marshmallows
- 200 grams snake lollies
- Mixed Halloween toppings of choice
- 50 grams white chocolate
Instructions:
- Line a slice tin or container with baking paper
- Combine the rice bubbles, marshmallows, and half of the snake lollies (chopped) into a large bowl
- Combine the dark and milk chocolate in a bowl and melt in the microwave in 20 second intervals
- Pour the melted chocolate into the bowl with the dry ingredients, and stir well to combine
- Pour mixture into the lined tin or container and flatten with a spoon
- While the chocolate is still sticky, add the additional lolly snakes on top (and any extra Halloween themed decorations of choice!). Place into the refrigerator to set
- Optional: Melt the white chocolate and use a fork to drizzle over the top in a spider web effect
- Keep stored in the refrigerator
