Christmas Caramilk Rocky Road

Nothing says Christmas like a fully-loaded indulgent rocky road. This is my go-to recipe, but feel free to get creative and use your own chocolate/mix-ins based on your preferences! You can’t really go wrong with rocky road (which is why I love it so much!) 

Ingredients:

  • 1x family block Caramilk chocolate (or chocolate of choice)
  • Red frogs
  • Scotch finger biscuits 
  • Marshmallows
  • Peanut M&M’s 
  • Optional: red and green M&M's to decorate

 

Method:

  • Chop biscuits, red frogs and marshmallows to your desired size 
  • Add all mix ins to a large mixing bowl
  • Break up chocolate and place into a microwave-safe bowl
  • Microwave chocolate in 20 second intervals, stirring in between each until chocolate is fully melted 
  • Pour chocolate into the mixing bowl and stir to combine
  • Spoon mixture into a lined dish/container and press down evenly 
  • Put in refrigerator for 2-3 hours or until fully set
  • Cut into desired portions and enjoy!
